Dry cleaning is not recommended.

Can I try on items before buying?
Unfortunately, you can't try on items before buying since they're only made by order. Our studio is a pickup station only. You have to come with your order confirmation email or order number. For exchanges, you can ship the items back to the studio or pickup the exchanged item yourself in 5-7 business days (for more info, please make sure to read our exchange policy).

We do not offer refunds. However, we understand that sizing can be a concern, and we gladly offer exchanges for size-related issues.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we kindly ask that customers do not open the package and try on items while the courier is waiting outside. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can either reject it and pay the shipping fees ( will not apply if the courier hasn’t arrived at your doorstep yet ) for the return, or accept it and follow our exchange policy if necessary.

Exchanges must be requested within two days (48 hours) of receiving your order. Exchange requests are sent through mail only. You can reach us at

If you reschedule your exchange on more than two occasions, your exchange will be automatically canceled.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.Please note that exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.Items cannot be exchanged for another color or design. Only size.Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unmarked in any way. Please be careful while trying on garments to avoid makeup or fake tan transferring onto the fabric. To qualify for an exchange, items must not show any signs of wear or tear.Unfortunately, we cannot receive any item that is damaged due to staining (food, makeup, sweat, etc.) or scent (perfumes or body odor).Please note that items are handmade to order, so you will receive your item in brand-new condition. This is how we expect to receive them back.
