For hygiene and safety reasons, we kindly ask that customers handle and try on with care. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can reject it and pay the shipping fees (will not apply if the courier hasn’t arrived at your doorstep yet).
Exchanges must be requested within two days (48 hours) of receiving your order. Exchange requests are sent through mail only. You can reach us at

If you reschedule your exchange on more than two occasions, your exchange will be automatically canceled.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Items cannot be exchanged for another color or design. Only size.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unmarked in any way. Please be careful while trying on garments to avoid makeup or fake tan transferring onto the fabric. To qualify for an exchange, items must not show any signs of wear or tear.
Unfortunately, we cannot receive any item that is damaged due to staining (food, makeup, sweat, etc.) or scent (perfumes or body odor).
Please note that items are handmade to order, so you will receive your item in brand-new condition. This is how we expect to receive them back.
